Services Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is a priority. If a customer is dissatisfied with the sharpness of their knives, the customer may contact support@sharpenup365.com within 30 days of the order date. Upon request, Sharpen Up 365 will provide, at no additional cost, either a free re-sharpening or a full refund. No explanation is required. This satisfaction guarantee applies only to knife sharpening services purchased directly through the Sharpen Up 365 website and is limited to one resolution per order.

Damages & Order Issues
Orders should be inspected upon receipt. If knives are believed to have been damaged in transit, or if a physical product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Sharpen Up 365 should be contacted promptly so the matter may be reviewed and resolved.

Product Returns
This section applies to any physical products that may be sold through the website. Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products. Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the order date. To qualify for a return, items must be new and unused, returned in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for eligible physical products. For the most efficient resolution, the original item should be returned first. Once the return is approved, a separate order may be placed for the replacement item.

Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact support@sharpenup365.com. If a return is approved, a free, downloadable return shipping label will be provided along with instructions regarding return packaging and shipment. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized items and gift cards are not eligible for return. Questions regarding item eligibility should be directed to support@sharpenup365.com prior to initiating a return.

Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of a returned item, notification will be provided regarding approval status. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method and processed within 10 business days. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have elapsed since approval, support@sharpenup365.com should be contacted.

Geographic Scope
This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. territories.
