Shipping Policy
At Sharpen Up 365, we proudly provide nationwide knife sharpening by mail, helping customers across all 50 states safely ship their knives coast-to-coast for professional sharpening. Select qualifying orders may include free shipping. Please review the information below regarding shipping timelines, return kits, and delivery expectations.
Shipping Kit Delivery
Once your order is placed, we ship you a protective mail-in kit containing everything needed to safely send your knives to us. Shipping kits are typically processed within 24–48 business hours after your order is placed.
Sending Your Knives
Once you receive your kit, package your knives according to the included instructions and place the package in your mailbox or drop it off at a USPS location. Customers are responsible for safely packaging all items being shipped. While we provide protective materials, improper packaging may still result in damage during transit.
Turnaround Time
Typical turnaround time is approximately 7–14 business days, depending on shipping distance and seasonality. Once your knives arrive at our workshop, orders are completed within 24 business hours before being shipped back out. Please note that turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Return Shipping
All completed orders are returned using insured and trackable shipping services. Tracking information is automatically sent once your order ships back to you.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to process and return all orders quickly, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to weather, holidays, routing issues, or high shipping volume. Sharpen Up 365 is not responsible for carrier-related transit delays once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in opening a carrier claim and help resolve the situation. Packages shipped through our provided labels include carrier insurance coverage, subject to USPS policies and claim approval.
Expired or Replacement Labels
Prepaid return labels included in shipping kits are typically valid for 30 days from the date they are generated. If a replacement label is needed after expiration, additional shipping fees may apply.
Local Drop-Off Orders
Local customers in the Rockland County area may be eligible for local drop-off service. Typical turnaround time for local orders is approximately 48–72 business hours. Please contact us before arriving for drop-off instructions and availability.
