I normally am the one in our house to sharpen our knives, but I had some knives that needed some extra work, so I took a chance and sent them off for sharpening. In under a week, I had 4 knives back that went from the edge of a butter knife to able to shave hair off of my arm without effort! My wife absolutely loves the "new" knives, and I love how affordable it was, considering how long it would have taken me by hand. I even had a knife with a chip that was repaired that is absolutely good as new. The whole process was easy, and the results are exactly what I was hoping for when I sent them in. Easily gets a 5-star review from me.
