Knife Sharpening by Mail

Each package includes:

1. Custom Rigid Mailer(s) to ensure the safety of your knives and the USPS carrier.
2. Protective Sleeve(s) to shield the blades of your knives.
3. Poly Mailer with prepaid return postage, keeping your knives dry throughout their transit.
4. Instruction Card detailing everything you need to know about packing your knives.
5. Maybe even a few surprises :)

Anticipate a turnaround time of 3-7 business days from the moment you place your order until you receive your freshly sharpened knives.

Our knife sharpening process itself takes just 24 hours and operates Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within one business day.

Important Notice:
Per USPS policy, all knives must be shipped back to our workshop within 28 days of purchase. After this period, the return shipping label will be considered expired and must not be used. If a replacement label is required after the 28-day window, a $10 fee will apply.

How to Safely Pack Your Knives:

1. Wash and dry knives before packing.
2. Trim protective sleeve to fit the knife's entire blade without extending over the handle or into the 'no-tip zone'.
3. Place the knife in the sleeve with the sharp edge facing the sleeve fold; attach using adhesive strips.
4. Secure knives in mailer(s) and seal with adhesive strip.
5. Place mailer into poly mailer and seal.
6. Drop package in mailbox or at the post office. Any excess weight will be charged to us.

If you are dissatisfied with the sharpness of your knives, kindly contact us at support@sharpenup365.com within 14 days of receiving your knives to initiate discussions or arrange a complimentary re-sharpening.

Knives are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with $100 of insurance included for added security.

If you’d like to purchase additional coverage for your knives, feel free to contact us at support@sharpenup365.com. We’ll be happy to arrange additional insurance for your precious blades.
