I was first impresswed with their really good and responsive communication.
They sent me a package to send the knives to them which was easy. It's all done for you. You just have to put your knives in the very safe pre paid packaging and mail it to them.
In about a week they came back perfectly sharp and just as important, well cared for.
It's not easy to sharpen knives without marring or scratching them.
They came back sharp and pristine.
Couldn't be happier with the way they treated my expensive knives.
Love this company! The process was so easy — I placed my order, got the kit a few days later, packed my knives in about 3 minutes, and sent them out. Just a few days later, my knives were back, sharper than when I first bought them (sounds crazy, but it’s true!). I would highly recommend!!!
